For Patients

  • Please note all treatment times are approximate.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
  • All treatments must be paid in full at the end of each treatment in cash or cheques. Please make cheques payable to Lily Y.W. Lai.
  • Lily Lai will endeavour to provide you with an appointment at the time and the therapy room of your choice. However, popular treatment times and locations can become booked quickly from time to time and alternative appointments closely matched to your requirements may be offered to you.
  • Lily Lai reserves the right to refuse treatment to patients who she feels are not suitable for Traditional Chinese Medical care.
  • Please note that refunds cannot be provided for herbal tea prescriptions. These prescriptions are tailored to your personal requirements and cannot be sold again after they have been made.
  • All herbal products offered by Lily Lai are licensed and cannot be sold to patients without a prior full consultation in person.
