All acupuncture patients can enjoy 50% off a Thai Herbal Compress Massage treatment with Lucinda after receiving 5 treatments with either Lily or Karen.

During a Thai Herbal Compress Massage treatment, a hot compress containing herbs such as kaffir lime, lemongrass and camphor is used to release muscle pain and stiffness, to nourish the skin and to reduce inflammation. The active properties and aroma of the herbs are released in the steaming process and enables these properties to penetrate the tissues to give a tremendously soothing treatment.

Just remember to ask Lily or Karen for a treatments card and make sure this gets stamped at each visit!

Revive Clinic and Garden revamp!

To welcome the new Spring, we will be giving our Revive clinic a fresh lick of paint in March.

To minimise disruption to our appointment schedules, this work will be done over a weekend. We hope you will enjoy our fresh new look and will be sharing photos in due course!

We are also looking to hear from you if you've ideas for our Revive garden, a great chillout area we have that looks onto the River Gade. Last Summer, we were kindly donated a goji berry plant from one of our practitioners Greg and we would love to hear from you if you've any suggestions as to what you would like to see growing here this year!

We are excited to announce that next Monday marks the very first Acupuncture Awareness Week in the UK. This is supported by the British Acupuncture Council, one of the regulatory bodies for acupuncture in the UK.
