We believe in a personalised treatment plan for everyone that comes to see us. Your first visit with us will require a little more time to go through the details of your condition and understand what other care you may be receiving so that a unique personal treatment plan can be provided for you.

Acupuncture

Initial consultation and acupuncture treatment (90 mins) £110

An in-depth consultation reviewing your medical history and symptoms as well as relevant tests and investigations carried out to date. We will then discuss with you a Chinese medicine treatment plan going forward, followed by an acupuncture treatment.

Follow-up acupuncture treatment (60 mins) £80

A follow-up consultation to check your progress and review your treatment plan, followed by an acupuncture treatment.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Initial consultation - online/in-clinic (60 mins) £80

An in-depth medical consultation involving a review of your medical history and current symptoms, as well as relevant medical tests and investigations. This is followed by a discussion of an appropriate Chinese herbal medicine treatment plan.

Follow-up consultation - online/in-clinic (30 mins) £45

A follow-up consultation to review your progress so far and to update your treatment plan.

Prescriptive Chinese herbal medicines £1 to £15 per day

Personalised Chinese herbal medicine provided as dried herbs or as granules.

Health Consultations

A brief consultation to discuss your symptoms and to see if acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine can help with your health concerns.

Health consultation - telephone or online (60 mins) £80

An in-depth consultation to discuss the symptoms you're seeking help with. A whole systems approach is taken and will include a review of your medical history and dietary and lifestyle factors where appropriate. You will be offered practical advice and recommendations as to how acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine can support you further.

Scarwork™ Specialist Support

Scarwork™ and acupuncture (60 mins) £95

A 60-minute session incorporating the benefits of Scarwork™, a gentle and highly effective soft-tissue technique developed in the US by Sharon Wheeler. Combined with acupuncture know-how to supercharge your scar recovery, this is a must for anyone wishing to improve mobility and tightness of underlying scar tissue, reduce pain, numbness and sensitivity as well as reduce the appearance of scars. Suitable for scars following surgery such as C-section, cancer surgery, joint replacement or spinal surgery.

Specialist Support

Fertility consultation and treatment (120 mins) £140

A more in-depth consultation and acupuncture treatment for individuals experiencing fertility issues. Particularly suitable for those with complex fertility issues such as those who have undergone more than three failed IVF/ICSI treatment cycles, recurrent implantation failure, severe PCOS, stages 3 or 4 endometriosis or experienced more than 3 miscarriages.

Couples fertility consultation - online/in-clinic (120 mins) £140

A more in-depth consultation for couples experiencing fertility issues. Suitable for those with unexplained infertility, those who have failed multiple IVF/ICSI treatment cycles, and couples diagnosed with issues such as PCOS, endometriosis and suboptimal sperm health who are seeking support prior to IVF/ICSI treatment.

Moxibustion treatment for breech presentation in pregnancy (60 mins) £80

A heating treatment using moxa specifically for correcting breech presentation, as recommended in current Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) guidelines. Includes coaching and moxa supplies for continuing moxibustion treatment at home for the recommended 10-day course. Typically used from 34 weeks prior to an external cephalic version (ECV), or to avoid undergoing a Caesarean section.

Acupressure techniques for labour support (45 mins) £70

A session where you and your birth partner(s) will be coached acupressure massage techniques to prepare your body for labour, and for use throughout the stages of labour. Ideal for providing support from 30 weeks and suitable for the mum-to-be and up to two birth partners.

Supplementary Treatments

These treatments can be provided in addition to Acupuncture sessions in order to support your care. Lily will discuss these with you during your initial consultation.

Moxibustion (+15 mins) supplement £20

A warming, circulation-boosting treatment applying heat to acupuncture points on the body using a herbal moxa stick containing Chinese mugwort.

Fire cupping (+15 mins) supplement £20

A massage treatment using heat, glass cups and herbal medicinal oil to provide a warming deep-tissue massage. Effective negative-pressure treatment for decongesting and for localised pain.

Gua sha (+15 mins) supplement £20

An invigorating Chinese medicine technique using a smooth-edged natural stone and herbal medicinal oils to apply friction along the surface of the skin. Great for releasing fascia and for muscular tension.
