Providing personal treatments
using an integrated approach
to your healthcare and wellbeing
All of our treatments are natural and based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. We believe in an integrated approach to health so your time with us will always complement other care and medication that you may be receiving.

Our Treatments
Chinese Medicine (CM) is a comprehensive medical system that originated in China and continues to be used widely alongside biomedicine in China and other East Asian countries. We provide core CM treatments such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and moxibustion and actively promote self-help activities to help you make the most of your treatments with us.
ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine sterilised needles into the skin at location in the body known as acupuncture points.
HERBAL MEDICINE
Chinese herbs possess different characteristics that have been used safely and effectively for over 2000 years in China and other East asian countries.
CUPPING
Cupping involves the suction of a glass cup, performed by creating a vacuum with a flame before being placed on the body.
MOXIBUSTION
Moxibustion involves the focused application of warmth on the body by burning natural compressed mugwort leaf.
ACUPRESSURE
Acupressure uses massage and pressure to stimulate acupuncture points instead of needling as in acupuncture.
SUPPLEMENTARY THERAPIES
Our supplementary therapies complement our core treatments of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and are great ways of enhancing the overall effect of these treatments.
TCM Research
We believe in evidence-based medicine and the need to continue increasing our scientific and clinical knowledge in order to provide the best possible care.
A key part of this is working together with patients, clinicians and research publications to continue the conversation around TCM and other complementary medicines.

"I was suffering from stress, low mood and anxiety and decided to book in to see Lily after I got feedback from friends that acupuncture had worked for them. I found it increased my energy levels and mood and helped to relax my mind and body. I felt completely listened to in the consultation and I was given good advice and tips on maintaining health and wellbeing.
Lily it was a lovely experience and it gave me that extra boost I needed at the time!"
