An hour-long session for anyone interested in taking a more natural approach to their health with Chinese medicine but who are not yet sure whether Acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine is most appropriate. A whole systems approach is taken and includes a full review of the medical history and dietary and lifestyle factors where appropriate. Practical advice and recommendations will be offered as well as a discussion as to how acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine can offer more support for optimal health. This session is ideally carried out in-person at the clinic, but can also take place via video or telephone call for convenience.
